Custom Order Returns
Due to the personalized nature of custom fabric accessories:
- Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable
- We will work with you if there are quality concerns
- Defects in craftsmanship are covered under our quality guarantee
Quality Guarantee
All shiphreleavepon products are covered by our quality guarantee:
- Manufacturing defects are covered for one year
- Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no cost
- Normal wear and tear is not covered
How to Return
